$359,100 awarded in Logan County

The Department of Local Affairs has announced that $359,100.00 in Housing Development Grant (HDG) funds has been awarded to Logan County for the following project:
Centennial Mental Health Center, Inc. (CMHC) has been awarded a Housing Development Grant (HDG) of $359,100 for the renovation of its 11-bed facility and the addition of a 6-bed respite care facility at its property on Fourth Street in Sterling. The property was built in 1982 and provides independent living for adults with severe
and persistent mental illness with support in daily living skills and medication management from CMHC staff. CMHC is a community-based mental health center, providing mental health and substance abuse programs and services to a ten-county area of northeast Colorado.
