325-unit apartment complex in Parker sold A 325-unit apartment complex in Parker has been sold to a Los Angeles investment firm. JRK Property Holdings, a private firm that specializes in multifamily investments, bought the Briargate on Main, 18931 E. Briargate Lane near Parker Road and Main Street, from Colony Realty Partners LP of Boston.
