Counsels and educates clients in the areas of homeownership, mortgage default and predatory lending in one-on-one and group settings. Sets personal goals for clients counseled and reports outcomes reached. Provide marketing and outreach to Colorado communities about foreclosure prevention and housing counseling. Act as a catalyst for housing industry professionals to organize themselves as a resource to their communities in rural and underserved areas of Colorado.
