Centerline Capital Group Finances Acquisition of a Multifamily Property in Aurora, Colorado New York, NY - September 27, 2012- Centerline Capital Group ("Centerline"), a provider of real estate financial and asset management services for affordable and conventional multifamily housing, and a subsidiary of Centerline Holding Company (OTC: CLNH), announced today it has provided an $8.47 million Fannie Mae market rate loan for the acquisition of Lexington Park Apartments, a multifamily property located in Aurora, Colorado.

Colorado among national leaders in uptick for home equity loans Colorado is among the states showing a possible turnaround in mortgage demand as a key indicator of home equity lending rose in August for the first monthly increase in almost five years. Equifax reported Monday that national home equity installment balances rose 0.3 percent in August, the first increase since November 2007.

Each offers various features including irrigated farmland, hunting grounds, areas to raise cattle, grassland, woods, rivers, creeks, wells, windmills, pastureland, two three-bedroom homes, outbuildings and 100 percent of owned mineral rights.
