June 7 trends conference for developers, planners, designers, brokers
will answer: who is lending? building? buying? renting?

  On Thursday, June 7, from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. Urban Land Institute Colorado presents “What’s Next for Housing,” a half-day conference featuring more than 20 expert speakers and panelists. To be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel, 1420 Stout Street, Denver, the conference features keynote  Victoria S. Davis, President, Urban Atlantic Development, Bethesda, Maryland.

Since 1998, Urban Atlantic has completed over $1.1 billion in real estate developments and placed over $1.3 billion in real estate investments. Project types include entire communities, condos, apartments and single family homes, with expertise in such public-private programs as HOPE VI, New Market Tax Credits and PACE. Before joining Urban Atlantic, Davis served as Deputy Director of the Maryland Housing Fund and worked with Trammell Crow Residential.
